Hidden away in the olive groves just above the bustling town of Gaios is the sleepy and little known village of Vellianitatika. With its winding paved streets & distinctive ancient bell tower, its surely one of the prettiest and most peaceful inland villages on Paxos.

Perfectly situated on a quiet corner at the heart of this quiet Village is the majestic Vellianitatika Retreat. This beautiful two hundred year old piece of Paxiot history has been painstakingly & lovingly restored over a seven year period by its British owners. The result is a step back in time to an truly unique and stunning village home & guest house bursting at the seams with an ecclectic mix of antique furniture, jaw dropping interiors and warm hospitality.

The Guesthouse

Situated in the heart of the village, this property will suit those who want to live next door to the locals & be away from it all, yet be within a few minutes of the town. The most traffic that passes this house is one of the two donkeys which wander free or a village housewife gathering wild greens for that evenings dinner.

The Olive Press

Situated down a narrow lane in one of Paxos' lesser known peaceful inland villages, "The Olive Press" is one of those hidden charms, providing comfortable yet traditional accommodation with original exposed Paxos stone & flagstone flooring throughout, complimented with some contemporary touches to provide that extra little bit of comfort

Excellence is not a word to be used lightly! It's easy to find superlatives to describe this diamond but the reality is genuinely overwhelming. Such impeccable accomodation, wonderful food and warm hospitality made our first trip to Paxos a delight.
